At F.lli Colò, since over 40 years we passionately take care of the handling, freight and logistics services of our Italian and international client’s excellences.
F.lli Colò it operates in all Italian ports and has proprietary facilities in the ports of Livorno, Genoa, La Spezia and Trieste.
Our AEO and IATA certifications guarantee the high quality of the service we provide. Together with an international network of trusted agents, our team works hard to deliver the best possible solution to each of our clients.
F.lli Colò is able to manage any type of import/export shipment (sea and air FLC / LCL) to and from all over the world, organize land transport (including exceptional/project transport), offer national and bonded areas with the possibility to store any product category, and advise/execute on all related customs formalities.
The small family business of 3 people (Giampaolo Colò, Franco Colò and Elisa Scotto Colò) was founded.
Ownership passed to Luca and Michela Colò. Luca and Michela accepted the challenge and took the responsibility to drive the company in its expansion into national and international markets.
Two key achievements further connected F.lli Colò to the world: Attaining AEO Certification and opening a fully staffed and dedicated office at the Port of Trieste.
In addition to welcoming Daniel Hager to the Ownership Group, F.lli Colò acquired the certification NVOCC thus becoming a "virtual carrier" allowing more efficient communications with the United States Customs and Boarder Protection. This milestone coincided with the formation of the dedicated Beverage Team.
F.lli Colò achieved IATA certification fully opening the door for expansion into the important world of Air Import/Export.
